Delivery Timeline
For domestic orders across India, products are typically delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹699.
- Standard Shipping Charge: A flat ₹99 will be applicable for orders below ₹699.
Payment Options
We currently accept prepaid payments only through our secure online payment gateway. Your order will be processed once the payment has been successfully received.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You can also track your shipment using your Order Number and Email Address.
Packaging & Product Freshness
Every order is carefully packed in food-grade, tamper-evident packaging to ensure product safety and quality. We dispatch all products with adequate shelf life remaining so they reach you fresh and in excellent condition.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier service disruptions, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Shipments
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate and complete while placing your order. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery wherever possible.
